Information you choose to provide

Borrower and transaction forms collect contact and entity details, reported finances, investing experience, project information, disclosures and review preferences. Uploaded financial documents may contain sensitive personal information. Provide only information needed for your review. Do not enter Social Security numbers, bank passwords or account login credentials into these forms. Redact full account numbers and unrelated personal information from uploads.

How the current service uses information

Funding Window stores submitted profiles, documents, calculated analyses, document hashes and workflow records to prepare and review financing inquiries. Calculations use your reported figures and supported document extraction; they do not independently verify identity, financial sources, creditworthiness or lender eligibility.

Storage and private access

Saved records use the site's Cloudflare D1 database and R2 document storage. Authorized staff use platform sign-in and an email allowlist. Borrower files and land reports use private access links; anyone who receives a working link may be able to open the associated file. Keep those links confidential. Closing your browser does not delete a saved record.

Property estimates and technical records

Submitting a property-value lookup can send the address to RentCast. Returned evidence may be cached for 30 days. The service hashes the request IP address for lookup limits and records timestamps and usage. Hosting and authentication services also process technical information needed to operate the site. An estimate is not an appraisal or credit decision.

Lenders, credit and consent

Saving a profile or inquiry does not authorize a lender submission or a credit inquiry. Separate authorization and an approved channel are required before either action. The supplied Kiavi agreement names One World Millennium LLC as the contracting broker; Funding Window LLC is the marketplace operator. The entity acting on a particular transaction, its role, applicable fees and recipients must be identified before transmission. RCN agreement and approved submission access remain pending.

Corrections, retention and requests

Saved evidence and audit records remain available for review and recordkeeping. A fixed retention schedule has not been published. To ask about access, correction or removal, contact hello@openfundingwindow.com (Funding Window support) with your file reference and request. Do not email private access keys, account credentials or unredacted financial documents. Requests require staff review; removing a file from your device does not remove the saved copy.
